Reservation code or record locator
The "reservation code" is a random combination of letters and numbers that are associated to a reservation at the moment of its creation, to facilitate its later search.
What does a reservation code look like?
The reservation code used by IBERIA is made up of 6 digits preceded by a common parte ( 1A/ ). Example: 1A/ 7NS7PZ
ALWAYS INSERT THE 6 DIGIT RESERVATION CODE AFTER THE A (1A/).
Where may I find the reservation code?
You may find it in the receipts - ticket itinerary -, whether they are electronic tickets or paper tickets. See the following examples:
