Short messages: SMS/e-mail
From your personal screen, send and receive SMS and short e-mail messages.
And receive replies during the flight.
Instructions
Once you have sent the first SMS or short e-mail, the system will remain on tandby to receive replies even if you exit the application.
You can review your inbox at any time during the flght an to extra cost by swiping you credit card. At the end of the flight, all messages will be automatically deleted.
Greeting Cards
You can also send a unique greeting card directly from your seat, customised with your own message to suit a variety of occasions.
To use this service all you need to do is include the greeting card reference in the subject of the message.
From 1st April 2013, you cannot send text messages to mobiles in the US and Canada due to regulations of these countries.

- Max Message Length:
- 160 characters
- For security reasons, there is a charge of 50 USD as
pre-authorization until your card is validated.
Once this is complete, you will be refunded the difference.
