The check-in counters are divided into 10 islands, with 20 simultaneous check-in positions on each side.
This new Iberia check-in model means that, thanks to the counters, all of our passengers can check in from any counter that is open, regardless of their destination and without having to check in at specific counters (except Air Shuttle passengers).
There will be no check-in area exclusive to Schengen flights (*)

The central counters are the ones set aside for Iberia (700-999)
Business Class Passengers
- Iberia’s Business Class counters are located in the middle area. They are counter numbers 790-799
Economy Class Passengers
- Iberia’s general Economy Class counters are located between numbers 810 and 889
There are 29 check-in machines which issue labels
16 of them are found at counter numbers 820 to 829.
4 machines are grouped together in front of these counters.
3 machines are in each of 3 islands. These machines are currently owned by AENA but mainly attend Iberia customers.
Wide carousels at counters 766 and 936 are for checking special baggage.
