Occasionally checked baggage does not arrive at its destination. When that happens, we start very developed, specific procedures and use highly advanced and efficient technological systems.

From that moment onwards, we will have launched a worldwide search process through our Worldtracer IT system, developed by SITA and approved by IATA, which makes it possible for us to locate your baggage and deliver it to you as soon as possible.

WorldTracer (the international baggage tracing and management system) will provide you with continuous up-to-date information about the status of the search for your baggage.

You can also view here the status of your baggage file with the reference number of any oneworld carrier, except American Airlines -available on page - and of the carriers JAL Express (JC) and the domestic flights of Japan Transocean Air (NU), affiliates of oneworld, with whom you should contact directly
