We apologise for being unable to deliver your baggage at your flight arrival.

Occasionally checked baggage fails to reach its destination. When this happens, we implement specific, highly developed procedures and the latest and most efficient technology systems.

We have now activated a worldwide search process via our WorldTracer computer system, developed by SITA and vouchsafed by IATA, which will permit us to find your baggage and get it to you as quickly as possible.

If you would like information on the progress of locating your baggage, please consult the following information channels:

WorldTracer (the worldwide baggage locater and monitor) provides you with updated information at all times about your baggage search status.

Our IBERIA Baggage Customer Care Centre will attend you in every country in our network and provide you with any subsequent information you may need regarding your baggage in Spanish, German, French, English, Italian or Portuguese.
