Star choices include racatuli (a tasty veggie-shrimp sautée with cheese gratiné), grilled octopus with langoustines, grelos (turnips, a big thing in Galicia) with potato foam, pork ravioli with turnip cream and sausage cracklings, steak with foie gras, and scallops on a bed of langoustines and shiitake mushrooms. Its wine list is no less topnotch, and includes of course a great selection of local vineyards.
