It is located in the center of the island, within the Topes de Collantes Protected Natural Landscape in the Sierra del Escambray. It is also located less than 31 kilometers from the historic city of Cienfuegos, a place you should also visit, both for its World Heritage architectural beauty and for its importance in the history of the island and of the Cuban revolution.
