Old Havana, as the historic center of the Cuban capital is known, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the 7 Wonders of the World as listed by the New Seven Wonders Foundation. This city has grown around four beautiful and essential squares: the Plaza de Armas, Cathedral Square, Plaza de San Francisco de Asís and the Plaza Vieja, which you will recognize for its pastel colored buildings. Among these four cardinal points, there are more than 900 monuments, including the Cathedral of Havana itself or the Palace of the Counts of Casa Bayona.
