Walking isn't the only interesting way to tour the city, as both tram and bicycle are good modes of transport in Frankfurt.

Boat & Bike

Alternatives for touring Frankfurt.

We offer you various alternatives for touring the city. There are several tourist bus companies which will show you the city on their different routes and the main one is GMBH Frankfurt am Main. But Frankfurt offers you other different options. The first one is the possibility to privately rent trams (for a tour of over two hours), in order to tour the city from end to end. What's more, you can also hire a guide who will accompany you and tell you all about the route. Besides this, these routes include a typical German brunch or afternoon snack during the route, and for the sporty visitors who want to visit the outskirts of the city, there are numerous services for renting bicycles. You can check this out in ADFC Frankfurt, at number 46 on the street named 'Fichardstrasse'. You can rent bicycles there and sign up for guided routes in a group. From here onwards, it's up to you how you want to get to know the city.
