Tasting any of their dishes or enjoying their famous seasonal menu is a real feast for the senses. In addition to the lovely river views, this restaurant, under the direction of the legendary, multi-Michelin starred chef Paul Bocuse, specialises in French food and on its menu you will find only the best fresh produce. On the menu, the stars are the aubergine caviar and the free range chicken tahin with lemon cous cous and confit raisins. And of course, these delights need some liquid company, for which "Le Sud" has a cellar with over 1,500 bottles of the very finest wines, both local and international. Inside, its red and blue seats add a colourful note to the snow-white of the tablecloths. The restaurant has also a terrace outside, recommended for summer nights by the river.
