This classic bouchon (typical Lyonnais restaurant) is, according to many, the city's best. Its greatness derives firstly from its quality and flavours - traditional local dishes given this kitchen's signature touch, such as beef tongue, duck à l'orange, quenelles and saucisson brioché (sausage inside a brioche). But also from the friendliness of Chef Luc and his team (the chef will even come out and have a chat with diners, discussing his cuisine, Lyon, and whatever else comes to mind).
