This is the only full-time commercial cinema currently open in Melilla. The Perelló building is the work of Luis García Alix, and dates from 1926. Before heading in to see a film, stop for a few moments to admire the façade, in which the architect blends Modernisme with Art Deco, with curious details including lions' heads and windows with bows. You will also be impressed by the splendid interiors, which make going to the movies a much richer experience than merely plunking yourself down in a seat and staring at the screen. You can check what's showing in any of the local newspapers or via the Perelló's Twitter feed (https://twitter.com/CinePerello).
