For foodies, and seafoodies in particular, Majorca is a tasty place indeed, and the call of the prawn (so to speak) is particularly strong. You'll want to make a beeline for the northwest port town of Soller, which has earned the reputation of producing the best prawn in the Mediterranean (some would say the world), a juicy red specimen very characteristic of the area. Impossible to deny.
