To be surprised by Navarrese cuisine, you can't leave out 'Bar Mô', on the street named 'calle Espoz y Mina', which has turned into a benchmark of the culinary avant-garde since the classic 'pintxos' (tapas). The presentations in Bar Mô are as unusual as they are amazing: here you'll find the “USB marino” (grilled scallop with asparagus, crude mushrooms and vegetables), food served in little bath tub-like bowls, egg cartons and all kinds of interesting containers where you can taste their competition worthy specialties, including delicious hamburgers and portions. Their tinned mussels (of exclusive design) with spicy sauce out of a tube or portions that are served in nice dishes are particularly worth mentioning. The Mô is also known for its excellent combination of gin and tonics (of strawberries, juniper and orange, Bulgarian roses or thyme with basil), so you can't miss the nightlife here either.
