If you want to leave the typical routes of Seville for a little and stop wandering around its wonderful streets for a while, you can always keep doing outdoor activities, and if you like zoological parks, visit the 'Cañada de los Pájaros' in the region of 'Doñana' which is 24 km from the city centre and 10 km from the Doñana nature reserve. 'Cañada de los Pájaros' was declared as a Natural Concerted Reserve by the Department of Environment in 1991. Here, you can observe the most varied bird life in Europe as this place has between 150-200 species. You can see some of the birds that are in danger of extinction such as the black stork, the marbled duck or the purple heron. Don't miss it!
