The O Baluarte beach is a good choice if you're looking for a bit of peace and quiet; it is a favourite among the locals where the only sound you'll hear is your own thoughts. If you've never been before, remember to ask for "playa del Breadouro", one of the bars which backs onto the beach, which is how it is known locally. You can also get to this beach from A Fontaíña and from the O Vao wooden walkway. With white sands and calm waters, this little cove is just 120 metres long and 45 metres wide, making for a very secluded spot. As such, it has become one of the most popular nudist beaches in the area for those looking to enjoy nature in the most natural way. There are a number of cafes and bars close by for quenching your thirst on hot summer days.
