Payment in instalments lets you finance a plane ticket bought on Iberia.com in up to 12 payments. It's fast, simple and you don't need to register. Select “Payment in instalments” as your payment method and we'll redirect you to our provider's website, where you can choose the instalment plan that suits you best. Once you've paid the first instalment with your card, you'll automatically go back to Iberia.com to receive confirmation of your booking. The other instalments will be charged to your card according to the plan you have chosen. You won't have to do anything else.
You can apply to pay in instalments for plane tickets bought on Iberia.com Spain (currently not available for other markets) in accordance with the following the terms and conditions:
Return flights
Purchase value of €45 and over
Customers with DNI or NIE
Payments with VISA or Mastercard cards issued in Spain
The financing applicant must be one of the passengers in the booking.
You can also finance the purchase of Iberia ancillaries (seat selection, bag, priority boarding…), whether you buy them with your ticket or add them later through Booking Management.
You cannot finance the purchase of travel insurance, hotel bookings, car hire, donations, travel packages (Flight + Hotel or Flight + Car) or any other ancillary provided by a third party.
Please bear in mind that your financing application may be denied for whatever reason the provider considers appropriate. If that happens, we recommend that you use another payment method.
You don't need to send any documents when you buy your ticket. Once your instalment plan has been approved and your flight booking confirmed, the financing provider may contact you to request documents or additional information.
If you are buying your ticket through an Iberia website hosted in a country other than Spain, if the value of your purchase is less than €45, if you are buying a one-way ticket or if you do not meet any of the other financing conditions, Payment in instalments will not appear as a payment method.
