What is MyBagTag?


MyBagTag is a product by Iberia which allows you to print the tags for the baggage you are going to check through Iberia.com. Once at the airport you only have to check them in the counters dedicated exclusively to baggage drop (Fast Bag Drop).

How do I get the tag for MyBagTag?


When checking in online, indicate the number of bags to check:

  • Print a colour bag tag on a sheet of A4 paper along with your boarding pass.
  • Fold the paper in half horizontally, and then vertically in a way that the barcodes and the destination are in the exterior part.
    Place the folded paper in the plastic tag holder. Please, confirm that the flight details are clearly visible from both sides.
  • Attach the tag to the baggage handle and you only need to check it in at the Fast Bag Drop counters at the airport.

    Step 1

    Add the number of bags and print colour tags for them on a sheet of A4 paper.

  • Fold

    Step 2

    Fold it into four and pop in the plastic sleeve.

  • Attach

    Step 3

    Attach the cover to the suitcase and drop it off at the fast-drop points set aside especially for this purpose.

Where can I get the plastic cover for MyBagTag?


At the Fast Bag Drop counters in the airports which offer this service.
In T4 of Madrid Barajas Airports, these are counters 810-811.

Information reflected on MyBagTag which allows your bag to be transported


Your name and the destination you are travelling to with the flight number.
A barcode which identifies and registers the bag in the airport's Baggage Monitoring System.
