Baggage care

Dear customer,

We apologise for being unable to deliver your baggage at your flight arrival.

We are doing everything possible to deliver your baggage to you within the next 24 hours to the address that you have indicated to us. Most lost baggage is found and delivered within the following 72 hours.

If you are travelling with travel insurance, your policy might include greater coverage than the one we can offer. Ask us for a report for your insurance company as proof of any loss, damage or delay that may have occurred.

If you want to find out how your baggage location process is going, please contact WorldTracer (the worldwide computerised baggage tracking service), which will provide you with updated information at all times on the status of your baggage search.

Our IBERIA Baggage Customer Care Centre will attend you in every country in our network and provide you with any subsequent information you may need regarding your baggage in Spanish, German, French, English, Italian or Portuguese.

We are doing everything possible to guarantee that your baggage receives the best treatment. We cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear due to handling and transfer at airport facilities. Our conditions of carriage mean we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or deterioration of fragile, perishable or valuable items, jewellery, money or property packed in damaged or unsuitable containers.
