Weather conditions: Storm Ophelia


Due Storm Ophelia, Iberia has published the following flexibility for customers booked on Iberia operated flights to/from Dublin.

Iberia customers with tickets issued (075) by 16 October, 2017 for travel between 16 and 17 October 2017, they will have the possibility to book a flight among 16 and 20 October, 2017 inclusive.

Hurricane Maria affects the northern Caribbean islands


Due to Hurricane Maria impact in Puerto Rico, Iberia has published the following flexibility for customers booked on Iberia operated flights to/from San Juan.

Iberia customers with tickets issued (075) before 28th September 2017 for travel up to and including 28th October 2017, they will have the possibility to book a flight up to and including 28th October 2017.

Flights to/from Basel


Basel airport police will perform identity document controls on passengers travelling to/from this airport.
Because of this reason, EU travellers at Basel airport should have a valid ID card or passport with them and non-EU citizens should have a valid passport and a visa if required due to their nationality.
We would advise you to keep in mind this circumstance and to have your personal documents on hand.
