We apologise for not getting your baggage to you properly.
If you have not received it upon arrival, we will do everything we can to get it to the address you gave us within the next 24 hours. Most lost baggage is found and delivered within the following 72 hours.
If you are travelling with travel insurance , your policy might include a higher coverage than the one we can offer. Ask us for a report for your insurance company as proof of any loss, damage or delay that may have occurred. Contact us by telephone.

Our conditions of carriage mean we cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or deterioration of fragile, perishable or valuable items, jewellery, money or property packed in damaged or unsuitable containers.
