How it works
To complete the order, the Iberia Plus Customer should:
- Complete name, surname, delivery address, date of birth, contact telephone number and other related data which the shipping company requires.
- Complete the Iberia Plus card number and two digits from your PIN to enable Iberia Plus system to debit your card online. The cardholder will have 24 hours to cancel the operation from the moment of the transaction.
- Pay for the delivery costs with a credit or debit card or PayPal.
- The online redemption of points for wine is offered for shipping to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands only (*)
- Once the order has been completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email

The delivery costs are the same, independently of the number of bottles purchased:
- €5.45 for any address in mainland Spain (estimated delivery time 3-5 days)
- €8.95 for any address in the Balearic Islands (estimated delivery time 5-7 days)
- €15.30 for any address in the Canary Islands (estimated delivery time 10-14 days)

In order to place an order online Iberia Plus frequent flyer has to fill in the following details:
- Specify name, surname, delivery address and contact telephone number.
- Cardholders must indicate their Iberia Plus number and they will be asked for two positions of their personal pin to proceed with redemption online. Frequent Flyer will have 24 hours after redemption is complete to cancel and reverse operation.
- Cover the shipping costs, either by debit or credit card.
- Online redemption is only valid for Iberian Peninsulam, Balearic and Canary Islands.
For your information, shipping costs, independently of the number of cases, are ¬5.45 anywhere in mainland Spain, ¬8.95 to the Balearic Islands and ¬15.30 to the Canary Islands.
