Las Brisas del Titicaca

If you want to know the dances and the typical attire of real Peruvian folklore accompanied by the experience of their traditional food, the best spot for spending a different night out is in the Cultural Association Brisas del Titicaca. It's about an establishment which offers a show and a restaurant located on 'calle Héroes de Tarapacá' (Héroes de Tarapacá street) which revolves around the country's regional dances, each one with its differences and characteristics. The artistic team usually participate in international tours and Peruvian celebrations for historic anniversaries too, as well as collaborating with folklore groups from other countries through the 'Martes Latinoamericanos' who organize the group. This show of art and food is bound to surprise both local tourists and foreigners with a menu that includes typical dishes such as 'chuño revuelto' (cheese with potatoes), pork scratchings or browned malaya (meat).
