We apologise for being unable to deliver your baggage upon your flight's arrival.
We are doing everything possible to deliver your baggage to the address that you gave us within the next 24 hours. Most lost baggage is found and delivered within 72 hours.
If you are travelling with travel insurance, your policy might offer more coverage than we do. Ask us for a report for your insurance company as proof of any loss, damage or delay that may have occurred.
