What is On Business?
On Business is Iberia's programme for companies. For every flight your employees take with Iberia, Iberia Express, Air Nostrum, British Airways, American Airlines or Japan Airlines, your company gets direct discounts and a percentage of your spend in the form of a single top-up voucher.
You can then use that voucher to purchase flights at any available fare or extras in the extensive range of ancillaries that accept voucher payment (cabin upgrades, seat selection, additional baggage, priority boarding, etc.).
Besides, On Business is fully compatible with Iberia Club: the company tops up the balance on its voucher, while employees collect Avios in their personal accounts.
What's the difference between On Business and Iberia Club?
The On Business programme is designed for companies, while Iberia Club is aimed at individuals. However, the two programmes are fully compatible.
When you book a business flight, sign in with your On Business number and choose between a direct discount on the ticket price or a top-up for your On Business balance. Regardless of your choice, if the employee is a member of Iberia Club and enters their loyalty number in the booking, they will also receive Avios in their personal account.
Important: The On Business voucher is owned by the company, while the Avios belong to the traveller's personal Iberia Club account.
Can I benefit from the On Business programme even if my business travel is managed by a travel agency?
The On Business programme is compatible with your travel agency. If you have one, it's important to enter it in the Nominated travel agent field by contacting the exclusive On Business Customer Service Centre. This will allow you to manage your travel more efficiently and use your On Business voucher for new flights more easily.
