The shops in Naples are not limited to some specific areas, you can visit practically all of the shops in the city. Naturally, there are areas which are characterised for some reason. In this case, the Piazza Martire located in the heart of the Chiapa district in the northwest of the city, and almost joining Villa Comunale, symbolizes the luxury and exclusivity of Naples. All the luxury brand shops in the city from Versace to Prada are established in this area. Jewels, clothes shops, antiques, and the best watchmakers in the city open their doors here, and you will also find some of the best delicatessen shops in the city (in case you would like to make the most of your visit, and take back some pure Italian food as a souvenir). In any case, walking along these pedestrian streets will show you one of the oldest and nicest parts of the city, even if this area isn't too big.
