Its Franco-American cuisine offers an unforgettable dining experience. Don’t miss out on creative dishes such as foie gras with milk and honey, piquillo pepper jam and candied rye; lobster with sea urchin and candied lemon or smoked Ricotta ravioli with wild mushrooms and bitter almonds. And it’s well worth saving some room for desserts such as chocolate coulant or rice pudding with coconut milk. It is closed on Sundays and the average price is over 60 euros a head.
