A classic 19th-century hangout for fashionable types in a neighbourhood just over the Moldau called Smichov, it makes a charming stop on a stroll through town for a cup of coffee or chocolate, accompanied by a roll or pastry. If you're up early enough, its breakfasts (juices, cheeses, fruit, soft-boiled eggs, aforementioned pastries) are considered among the best in Prague restaurantdom.
