The city’s history and economy revolve around its wine, namely the internationally renowned Sherry. It is home to wineries of great architectural importance, such as the González Byass winery, whose famous Tío Pepe logo references both wine and a flamenco guitarist, and is the perfect symbol for the city.
But Jerez attractions are not only limited to wine and art, as it is also home to the Carthusian horse, the Spanish Fighting Bull and the Jerez Formula 1 Racetrack.
