The Cancajos Beach area is full of restaurants which cater to the tastes of its many visitors both Spanish and international. That includes fast food such as burger and pizza joints, as well as tapas bars. There are also somewhat more substantive restaurants, such as the Restaurante Pizzería La Fontana in the Las Adelfas Building, where you can sample various traditional La Palma dishes (the meat and fish dishes here are particular standouts), accompanied by the island's superb wines and followed by a large selection of baked goods for dessert, also lovingly made by hand.
