Alameda Promenade

A relaxing day.

At the end of Burgos Street, which is one of the most popular commercial streets in Santander, you will find the beginning of Alameda Boulevard. It is between Vargas Street and San Fernando Street. This enormous boulevard climbs up to the Cuatro Caminos Roundabout, and you will find a plethora of stalls selling all types of wares along it, including antiques, souvenirs, clothes, accessories and flowers. A large number of goldfinches and trees add to this lively atmosphere every Sunday, throughout the day. Next to Vargas Street, a plethora of terraces and cafés await you. Take a seat and relax in the sunshine, as this is the best way to end your visit to Alameda Market.
