What do I do if I've forgotten my password or my Iberia Plus account has been blocked?
If you've forgotten your password, you'll have to click on “Login > Forgotten your password?” (at the top right-hand corner of the website) and enter your email or Iberia Plus number (if your email is linked to more than one Iberia Plus account). We'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Remember, you will need to change this password within 3 hours. You should also delete your browser history and passwords on Iberia.com before you carry out this process.
If the password has expired, follow the instructions prompted by the system when you enter it. Remember, you must choose a different password. You can change it in the following menu: My Profile > Account Settings > Security and Login.

Your Iberia Plus card never needs to be reactivated, not even after a period of inactivity.
What perks do I get with oneworld as an Iberia Plus cardholder?
If you are an Iberia Plus Plata member or higher, you can collect and use Avios with any of the oneworld alliance airlines, even if you don't belong to their frequent flyer programmes. You will be eligible for preferential check-in, seat selection, extra baggage, priority on waiting lists and other advantages. What do I do if my Iberia Plus card gets lost, stolen or damaged?
As part of our goal to become climate neutral, all our cards are digital. It helps us to avoid using plastic and you receive it immediately on your mobile device. You can download your virtual card by signing in to "Iberia Plus> My Iberia Plus". Just install the Iberia app for iPhone or Android so you have your card on your phone. You'll also be able to access functions such as bookings and online check-in.

What are Elite Points?
Elite Points (EP) are only used to change or maintain your Iberia Plus Plata, Oro, Platino, Infinita or Infinita Prime card level.
They are recorded from 1 April of the current year to 31 March of the following year. The EPs collected during that period will determine your Iberia Plus level. You will earn Elite Points every time you fly with the Iberia Group,* Binter, Vueling, Level or any of the oneworld airlines, irrespective of any promotions or special offers. You can't buy, gift or transfer Elite Points like you can with Avios.

*The Iberia Group comprises Iberia, Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum and Iberia Express.
When does my Iberia Plus card expire?
Iberia Plus Clásica cards never expire. For all other levels you can find the expiry date on the card and in the “Iberia Plus cards” section.

What do I need to join Iberia Plus?
It you don't belong to Iberia Plus yet, you can join on Iberia.com. Just fill in a short registration form.
You can download the virtual card to your smartphone whenever you want through the Iberia app, print a replica of the card on paper (at the end of the registration process), or simply make a note of the card number. For more information, contact your Iberia Plus Service Centre.
How do I access my Iberia Plus personal area?
At the top of the Home page you'll see the Iberia Plus tab and the boxes to enter the number of your Iberia Plus card number or your email, and just below that your password.
If you don't belong to Iberia Plus yet, you can join on Iberia.com by filling in a short registration form.
You can also link your Iberia Plus profile to social media (Facebook and LinkedIn) from the same tab.
When I try to register with Iberia Plus, it says invalid ID card. What do I do?
Please check that the information you entered for Type and Document number is correct. If it is, contact our Iberia Plus Service Centre.
How do I download my Iberia Plus card to my phone?
To keep your Iberia Plus card in your Wallet or Passbook, you first need to download the Iberia app. Once you've done that, follow these steps:

Inside the Iberia app, register with your card number or your email and password (if you don't have one or can't remember it, we'll send a new one to your email address).

Next, go to “My Iberia Plus” (top right-hand corner).

Select "Download card", just below the image, and your card will be added to your smartphone. Remember, for Android you need to install an app that stores pkpass files.

Now close the Iberia app and open the Wallet app (or other installed app). You'll see your card there and will be to show it to any partner who can read the QR code.

If your Iberia Plus level changes, you will need to download your new card again from your profile in the app.

How does the Iberia Plus card work?

Collect Elite Points to move up through the Iberia Plus card levels (Plata, Oro and Platino) and unlock more exclusive advantages and perks. How can I upgrade my Iberia Plus card to Plata, Oro or Platino?
If you already belong to our Iberia Plus programme and have an Iberia Plus Clásica card, you can move up through the different levels by collecting Elite Points. You earn these when you fly and you can only use them to change your card level (from 1 April to 31 March).

If you have an Iberia Plus Clásica card and want to get the Iberia Plus Plata card, you will need to earn 1,100 Elite Points or have taken 25 flights with Iberia Group airlines, British Airways and/or Vueling in the past year. At least one of the flights must have been with the Iberia Group.

If you have an Iberia Plus Plata card and want to get the Iberia Plus Oro card, you will need to earn 2,250 Elite Points or have taken 50 flights with Iberia Group airlines, British Airways and/or Vueling in the past year. At least one of the flights must have been with the Iberia Group.

If you have an Iberia Plus Oro card and want to get the Iberia Plus Platinocard, you will need to have earned 6,250 Elite Points in the past year. To stay in this level, you will need to earn 12,500 Elite Points in 2 years, or alternatively have earned 6,250 Elite Points in the past year.

To get the Infinita card, you will need to have earned 125,000 Elite Points since you joined the programme and you will keep them forever.

I have more than one Iberia Plus account. Can I merge them?
You can merge several Iberia Plus cards into one account if you can prove they belong to the same person. To do this, fill in this form and upload the required documents .
How do I edit my personal details in Iberia Plus?
If you're a registered user of Iberia Plus, sign in and update your personal information from Iberia.com >” Log in to Iberia Plus > Profile”. It couldn't be easier.
You can't edit your first name, surname, ID document and date of birth from iberia.com. Get more information via this form.
