
Iberia receives FIBEGA Award for culinary innovation
International jury awards the prize for in-flight culinary innovation
Iberia has once again been honoured for its gastronomic in-flight service. The airline received last night the award for culinary innovation for its in-flight gastronomic menus at the FIBEGA Gastronomy Tourism Awards 2024. The awards recognise innovation, excellence and the impact of gastronomy tourism globally as a cultural and economic driver.
The aim of the FIBEGA awards is to recognise both public and private institutions that have promoted and/or improved the Gastronomy Tourism model. An international jury composed of tourism industry leaders is in charge of selecting the finalists and winners. The awards are presented to coincide with the FIBEGA International Gastronomy Tourism Conference held in Madrid from 27 to 29 November.
