Heading to Dallas, Washington and San Francisco

Thinking about your plans for the summer? New destinations in the USA from 1 June.

Starting 1 June we are offering two new routes to the USA, Madrid-Washington and Madrid-Dallas, and we are resuming our usual flights to San Francisco

This summer we'll take you straight to the US capital with four Madrid-Washington frequencies a week between 1 June and 29 October.

The flights will operate on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday departing Madrid at 12:10 to facilitate connections from any other point in Spain and from most Iberia destinations in Europe.

Getting into holiday mode yet? Book your flights to Washington now and discover iconic government buildings like the Capitol, the White House and the Supreme Court.

On 1 June we're also launching a new route to Dallas. We'll be flying to the great metropolis of North Texas until 29 October, with four frequencies a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) and a departure time that guarantees the best connections from more than 100 Iberia destinations in Europe. And since Dallas is American Airlines' largest hub, you can also be sure of excellent connections within the United States.

You can now book your plane tickets to Dallas for this summer.

San Francisco

We are also resuming our San Francisco route. Between 1 June and 30 September we have scheduled three frequencies a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) departing Madrid at 12:20 to facilitate connections.

Book your flights to San Francisco now and start planning your trip.

These three additions take our non-stop summer routes from Spain to destinations in the USA from six to nine: New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, San Juan Puerto Rico, Washington, Dallas and San Francisco

Besides, thanks to the joint business agreement between American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, Finnair, LEVEL and Aer Lingus, you can combine flights operated by any of the six airlines to get the best offers and more efficient connections with coordinated schedules.

This alliance is also launching new routes this summer:

  • Aer Lingus has scheduled two new routes: from Manchester to New York, and from Manchester to Orlando.

  • American Airlines will operate Charlotte-Rome from 5 April to 29 October 2022.

  • British Airways will operate Heathrow-Portland from 3 June and that same day will also resume its Heathrow-Pittsburgh route.

  • Finnair has launched a new route from Helsinki to Dallas and from 1 June to 29 October will also operate Helsinki–Seattle.

  • And LEVEL will launch Barcelona-Los Angeles on 28 March with up to four frequencies a week.
