The Yandiola Restaurant is in the Bilbao Corn Exchange building, and offers a mixture of traditional gastronomy and avant-garde cuisine. Based on traditional Basque products, such as meat and fish, the signature dishes here always have a little twist of something different. Although its main restaurant is the Yandiola, there are several other options in this building. Hola Bar is a café-lounge, perfect for a snack, La Florinda offers a take-out service and La Terraza del Yandiola, which is known as the ‘sky of Bilbao’, boasts spectacular views of Bilbao and a relaxed atmosphere from early evening to the early hours of the morning.
