Full of outdoor cafés, pubs, restaurants, discos…there's always something to do at any time of day and any time of year.
There's always something going on down at the port.
Puerto Noray is Melilla's marina, the perfect spot to head for a stroll and a drink, tapas or fish dishes at any of a plethora of open-air cafés open year-round. Most of the city's pubs and discos are also to be found here, and so especially on weekends, the area is alive and kicking until well into the morning. Keep in mind, of course, that this is a fairly touristy area, so prices will be higher than most elsewhere in the city. The marina has 340 boat slips, and in August hosts Melilla Nautical Week, a high-level sailing competition that counts toward the Spanish championship, which during that month turns the zone into quite the whirlwind of sailing types and visitors coming to see them.
