With unbeatable views out over the ocean and the Orzan cove, this stone building with large windows is part of the complex designed by Arata Isozaki and César Portela to house the Casa del Hombre (House of Man), one of the city's science museums. It's a sure bet for its tasteful décor and equally tasteful menu items cooked up in generous portions by Eduardo Pardo with local ingredients. Examples: grilled scallops with roast tomatoes and wild asparragus; grilled squid on a a bed of vegetables; confit of cod with stewed greens; grouper with turnip tops, potatoes, and garlic sauce; sweet rice with duck, mushrooms, and langoustines; and deserts like Arzúa cheese tart with berries.
