Flight + Car availability may be limited. All holiday prices are per person based on 2 adults sharing and include return flights on Iberia or Iberia codeshare operated flights as well as car rental of 1 Group A car size. See individual holidays for airport, duration and currency information. Prices on this page are updated weekly so may differ on reaching subsequent pages. Price includes all pre-payable taxes, fees and carrier charges and may vary. Some payment methods attract a handling fee. All ground services are supplied by British Airways Holidays. Standard Iberia terms and conditions apply. All travel is subject to availability. To benefit from the resident discount when booking holidays, customers must book their hotel and/or car products separately.

Total flexibility: finish paying in as many instalments as you like. The only requirement is to have paid the full amount at least 3 weeks before scheduled departure.

Change your holiday package if you are affected by any of the following circumstances less than 15 days before the departure of your flight:

• New entry restrictions have been established at your place of destination.

• You are affected by the sudden introduction of compulsory lockdown or quarantine measures at your destination that cannot be avoided by testing negative for COVID-19 just before travelling.

• You are suddenly subject to lockdown or quarantine measures in your place of origin (lockdown imposed for your region, province, town or hospital zone; a household member tests positive for COVID-19, etc.).

• You yourself test positive for COVID-19.

All you need to do is to contact our Iberia Vacaciones Customer Services to advise which circumstance is the reason why you can't travel. Please, check out the contact phone number on our flight + hotel or flight + car page.

Your refund voucher: You have 14 months to use the amount on the voucher, even if your ticket doesn't allow a refund or change. This means that you can use the amount as if it were cash to book one or more flight + hotel or flight + car packages to any destination and for anyone you want, until you have used up the voucher balance.

Your date change: If you prefer to choose a more convenient time to travel, you can change your package to another date without any penalty.

*The above change and voucher refund options do not affect any other refund alternatives that apply to situations where you are unable to travel due to force majeure. In these cases, all requests must be submitted through our usual customer service channels.

All Flight + Car rental prices promoted on iberia.com are in currency stated and are based on Group A car size and drivers aged 30-70. Standard Iberia terms and conditions apply.

General

Car rental durations are based on a 24-hour clock. Minimum rental age and standard Iberia terms and conditions apply. Driver must present a full valid driving licence (including a DVLA code for UK residents; and International Driving Permit if the driver’s licence is written in non-Roman alphabet e.g. Greek / Arabic etc.).

Collecting Avios

Collect 1 extra Avios for every 1€ spent when you book a Flight + Car package on Iberia.com. This is on top of the Avios and Elite points you collect for the flight and the Avios awarded for the rental element of your booking.

To qualify for standard and bonus Avios awards, rentals must include the Iberia Plus membership number of the first named driver (the "renter"). This Iberia Plus card number must be given at time of reservation and the card shown at time of rental.

When booking a Flight + Car package, only rentals that qualify for standard Avios will qualify for any bonus Avios issued as a result of special promotions run by Avis or Budget from time to time.

Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for Avios awards – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded Avios.

The awarding of Avios for the car hire element of the booking may take up to 8 weeks from date of rental. All Avios issued are subject to Iberia Plus terms and conditions. Renter must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements.

Collect 5 Avios per €1 spent (or other currency equivalent) on Avis car rental

Avis will award a standard ‘5 Avios per €1 spent’ (or currency equivalent) on qualifying Avis rentals. If the rental is not paid in Euros, then the currency will be changed to Euros at the Avis Exchange rate applicable on date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected). The final rental value used to calculate the Avios award will exclude any charges for damage (actual damage charges or insurance excesses charged due to damage) and will exclude all taxes.

A maximum of 10,000 Avios will be awarded per qualifying rental. Post-rental, if any adjustments to the value of that rental are made (e.g. a refund is made by Avis Customer Services) then the appropriate Avios award adjustment may be credited or debited from the Iberia Plus member's account as necessary.

Collect 2 Avios per €1 spent (or other currency equivalent) on Budget car rental

Budget will award a standard ‘2 Avios per €1 spent’ (or other currency equivalent) on qualifying Budget rentals. If the rental is not paid in Euros, then the currency will be changed to Euros at the Budget Exchange rate applicable on date of rental commencement (the date the car is collected). The final rental value used to calculate the Avios award will exclude any charges for damage (actual damage charges or insurance excesses charged due to damage) and will exclude all taxes.

A maximum of 10,000 Avios will be awarded per qualifying rental.

Post-rental, if any adjustments to the value of that rental are made (e.g. a refund is made by Budget Customer Services) then the appropriate Avios award adjustment may be credited or debited from the Iberia Plus Member's account as necessary.

1,000 bonus Avios when you join Avis Preferred

Join Avis Preferred through one of our Avis & Iberia Plus partnership enrolment communications or at rentacar-iberia.com. This way you will be asked to provide your Iberia Plus membership tier and your Iberia Plus membership number and this information will be stored in your Preferred membership profile, ensuring you receive Avios on every Flight + Car booking when you include your Avis Preferred customer number in the booking.

Please always remember to bring your driver's licence (including DVLA code for UK residents, and International Driving Permit where appropriate). Sometimes our Avis Preferred members forget as they understandably assume that they don't need ANY paperwork, but we do need to be able to check a valid driving licence at each rental, so please bring it along.

When you receive your Avis Preferred digital card you will also receive a digital voucher for 1,000 bonus Avios on your next Avis Preferred rental. Simply follow the booking instructions on the reverse of the voucher to qualify.

It is now possible to include your Avis Preferred number in your car hire booking on iberia.com. Please note that an Iberia AWD (Avis Worldwide Discount number) will be automatically applied to these bookings. If your Avis Preferred profile includes a corporate AWD this will be over-written with an Iberia AWD during the booking process so you will not receive a corporate rate. If you are a corporate customer and have any questions regarding this process, please contact your Avis Corporate Account Manager.

Iberia Plus members are eligible for one free additional driver on every qualifying Avis rental worldwide

Simply log in to your Iberia Plus account and make your Flight + Avis car hire reservation as normal. You do not need to request an additional driver at time of booking. Simply request an additional driver to be added free of charge when you collect your car.

The additional driver must meet standard Avis age and driver requirements for that rental location. The additional driver must present a full valid driving licence (including a DVLA code for UK residents; and International Driving Permit if the driver's licence is written in non-Roman alphabet e.g. Greek / Arabic etc.).

This benefit is available for Iberia Plus Members only, all membership tiers, booking on Iberia.com.

Only one additional driver may be claimed free of charge per Flight + Car booking. Further additional drivers will be charged at time of rental at the appropriate rate published for that location.

1. This promotion is open to all Iberia Plus members.

2. Qualifying rentals must be booked between 1st and 31st October; and rented between 1st October 2022 and 30th November 2022.

3. To qualify, reservation must be for minimum 3 days or more and car group C or above.

4. Rentals must be booked on iberia.com, rentacar-iberia.com/en or with the Avis Call Centre.

5. Valid for all participating rental locations in the following European countries: Spain mainland, Balearics and Canaries. Offer subject to vehicle availability.

6. Rentals must include the Iberia Plus membership number of the first named driver (the “renter”). This Iberia Plus membership number must be given at time of reservation and the card shown at time of rental.

7. Qualifying rentals will receive 9 Avios per €

8. This Avios bonus is not valid on Corporate AWD rentals, Prestige rentals, Chauffeur Drive or Van rentals worldwide.

9. Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotion or frequent flyer points offer. Conjunctive or concurrent rentals will not qualify, in these circumstances only the first rental to be completed will qualify. Avis reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
