El Quijote or Bravo, two good spots for Mediterranean cooking.
Two good choices.
Thanks to its location right on the Mediterranean, this is a mode of cookery that comes naturally to Melilla, and in fact you'll find it in most places around town, although with varying degrees of specialisation depending on the locale. A good example of this is El Quijote on Paseo Marítimo Mir Berlanga, a simple, pleasant spot which will, besides amply satisfying your appetite with its Mediterranean and seafood specialties, also offer a roomy outdoor area with pretty views out to sea. You can also try the Restaurante Bravo (Carretera de Farhana) a three-fork establishment with Spanish and international dishes served in a welcoming, classical environment. Honestly, it won't be easy to choose between all the goodies on the menu, but you can't go wrong with the soup of the day as the first course and the truffle sirloin as your main dish.
