Steps to follow

Once you are granted authorisation, the process to follow at participating airports is very simple:

• - At the airport, present your e-passport or permanent US resident card at any of the Global Entry kiosks.
• - Confirm your digital fingerprints by placing your fingertips on the scanner.
• - Make your customs declaration to obtain the transaction receipt.
• - Then head to the baggage retrieval area and the exit.

We have support centres in the main airports of the oneworld network targeted at ensuring our passengers don’t miss their connecting flights and overnight stays.

Our goal is to boost customer satisfaction and offer support to passengers who for any reason have problems with their scheduled flight connections.

At oneworld, we strive to prevent any incident impacting our passengers’ connecting flights. That is why we offer "Express Connection", a service which allows you priority access at customs, immigration and security controls in order to help you make your connecting flight with all of your baggage.

It is important to us to ensure a seamless connection for our passengers and their baggage when travelling with any of our associated companies. That’s why if you miss your connecting flight, our staff will organise a new booking, provide you with a new boarding pass and, if necessary, vouchers to spend on restaurants and a hotel.

Plus we offer "Through Check", where a passenger who has to make a stopover only needs one boarding pass from the point of departure through to the final destination.
