Martínez Brothers Supermarkets
Spanish and local products, to make yourself a great meal.

In Malabo it is also possible to find supermarkets like those that exist in Spain. In fact, one of the largest chains in the country, Martínez Brothers Group, is Spanish. Behind this wholesale food distribution company is a family from the Canary Islands. Their first store opened in 1940 in the city of Bata, the largest on the mainland. Over time, the Martínez Brothers opened more and more stores, including three in Malabo, to the point that they even started to export their "typical Spanish" products to the neighbouring countries of Cameroon and Gabon. Such has been the growth in recent years that the company has begun to diversify its business by launching catering, appliances, and logistics divisions, as well as an oxygen factory.
