Flight flexibility in Doha
Due to the situation in the Middle East, we have had to cancel some of our flights to/from Doha. We are monitoring the airspace situation in real time and adapting our operations. Please check the status of your flight and keep your contact details updated at Manage Booking so that we can keep you informed about your journey.
If your flight has been cancelled, you can request a change of date or a refund and process it online through Manage my booking. If necessary, we will cover up to 3 nights' accommodation, as well as basic expenses, which you can subsequently request reimbursement for through the website.
Therefore, for flights that remain scheduled, due to these circumstances we have activated the flexibility policy:
For flights operated by Iberia until 15 March and purchased before 28 February, you can, at no additional cost:

Change the date of your booking to fly until March 31, 2026.

Request a refund of your ticket.
Please access Manage my Booking to process it online. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you should contact them to modify your booking.
For flights operated by Qatar Airways purchased through our channels until 13 March, you may, at no additional cost:

Change the date of your booking.

Request a refund of your ticket.

Modify your travel itinerary, within the possibilities.
Please go to Manage my booking to process it online or through our Customer Service Centre. If you purchased your ticket through an agency, you must contact them to modify your booking. If there are less than 48 hours before your flight departure, please contact Qatar Airways.
Flight Flexibility in Cairo
Given the situation in the Middle East, although our flights to/from Cairo continue operating as normal, we have activated the following flexibility policy:
If you are flying with origin, destination or connection with Cairo until March 10 and you purchased it before February 28, you may, at no additional cost:

Change the date of your booking to fly until March 31, 2026

Please access Booking management to process it online. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you must contact them to modify your booking.

Flight Flexibility in Tel Aviv
Given the situation in the Middle East, all flights to/from Tel Aviv until March 28 have been cancelled.
Due to these circumstances, we have activated the following flexibility policy and you may, at no additional cost:
If you are flying with origin, destination or connection with Tel Aviv on flights operated by Iberia Group and you purchased your ticket directly through our channels (website, App or our Booking Offices) until February 28 and your flight is until March 10, you may:

Change the date of your booking.

Change the destination and fly, alternatively, to Cairo or Athens

Request a full refund of your ticket

Flight flexibility due to the situation in Caracas
Due to the latest developments in the city of Caracas, we are issuing this flexibility policy for customers who need to change their travel plans.
If you are flying up to 30 April 2026, with origin/destination Caracas on flights operated by Iberia, and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or through Serviberia by 28 January 2026, you may change your booking date to travel up to 31 May 2026 and change your destination to the following airports: Caracas (CCS), Miami (MIA), Panama City (PTY), Bogotá (BOG), Santo Domingo (SDQ), San Juan (SJU), Havana (HAV), Quito (UIO) and Guayaquil (GYE). If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, please contact them to modify your booking.
You can make date changes or process a voucher directly through Booking management.
Flexibility due to fuel supply difficulties in Cuba
Due to fuel supply issues in Cuba, which may affect our operations, we are issuing this flexibility policy for customers who need to change their travel plans.
If you are travelling up to 30 March 2026 on flights to/from Havana operated by Iberia, British Airways or American Airlines, and you purchased your ticket directly on our website or at our Offices by 5 March 2026, you may change the date of your booking to travel up to 29 April 2026.
Please note:

Part of our operation will be carried out using Privilege aircraft until 30 March. This airline, which we use on other occasions, meets all the safety and quality standards required by Iberia.

Until that same date, the flight departing from Havana (HAV) will make a technical stop at Santo Domingo (SDQ).
If you purchased your ticket to travel with us through a travel agency, you must contact them to modify your booking.
