Also known as Museum Bellerive, this place is a real institution in the world of design, and shows how some disciplines like architecture or graphic arts relate to people and form part of their daily lives. This museum of applied arts was inaugurated during 1968, and its permanent collection, in addition to the different temporary exhibitions the museum has held, have all contributed to earning it a famous name on an international level. Extensive collections of posters, graphics, and designs are on display but perhaps the most outstanding collection is the textile exhibition which includes several works, ranging from the 4th century to our time nowadays with special emphasis on works in the style of art noveau, and Japanese and American tapestries.
