A shop and a museum, this establishment will delight lovers of the cocoa derivative
History and flavour in equal measure
Since time immemorial, chocolate has been a highly regarded product in Central America. As a result of this cultural cocoa passion, an American businessman opened a shop in 2004; following the blueprint of other American countries, such as Peru and the Dominican Republic, it combines a museum space with a purely commercial purpose. The Mansion de Chocolate is a place where the senses and the palate come together in a unique experience for lovers of chocolate, which originates in this part of the continent. A restaurant, where you can sample a menu of 21 dishes using this rich cocoa-based product as a base ingredient, forms part of the restaurant; the dishes also include the flavours of almonds and other nuts, as well as coffee, coconut, ginger and liquors such as rum.
