Accessibility Statement - On Business

Commitment to accessibility

Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España, S.A. Operadora, Sociedad Unipersonal (hereinafter, “Iberia”) is committed to making its digital services accessible and to ensuring that everyone can use them regardless of their abilities, circumstances or access technologies.

Iberia works to ensure that Iberia OnBusiness meets the applicable accessibility requirements, particularly those established by Law 11/2023 of 8 May and Royal Decree 193/2023 of 21 March, which extends to websites and mobile applications relating to goods and services available to the public the accessibility criteria established in Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September.

The UNE-EN 301 549:2022 standard is used as a technical reference, together with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, where applicable to the content and functionalities assessed. These technical references do not replace the applicable legal requirements.

Scope of the statement

This accessibility statement applies to Iberia OnBusiness, Iberia’s service for businesses and professionals, integrated into the iberia.com domain.

The statement covers both the public areas of OnBusiness and the features and private areas intended for its users.

Due to the specific characteristics of the service, its compliance status is assessed independently and does not form part of the general accessibility statement for iberia.com.

Compliance status

Iberia On Business partially complies with the applicable accessibility requirements.

The barriers identified do not necessarily affect all screens or all functionalities. The assessment was carried out on a representative sample.

Only the exceptions expressly provided for in the applicable legislation fall outside the scope, including certain prerecorded multimedia content and office documents published before 28 June 2025, third-party content that is not financed, developed or controlled by Iberia, and content considered archival, provided that the legally established conditions are met.

These possible exclusions do not prevent Iberia from making accessibility improvements to such content.

  • d) Alternatives while barriers are being corrected

While corrective measures are being implemented, users who encounter difficulties completing a transaction in the application can use www.iberia.com and/or the alternative support and management channels.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 9 September 2026.

External assessments conducted by ILUNION Accesibilidad on representative samples from different areas and processes of Iberia OnBusiness were taken into account in its preparation.

The assessment of the public pages, registration and access for OnBusiness was conducted on 8 April 2026.

The assessment of the private area and the processes associated with using the company code was conducted on 5 May 2026.

The assessments included, among other things, public pages, registration and access, the private area, points management, vouchers and cards, processes associated with the company code and the documentation generated.

The assessments used WCAG 2.2 at Level AA as a reference and included automated and manual analysis, keyboard navigation and checks with assistive technologies.

The results of both assessments were considered together to determine the compliance status set out in this statement.

Method used to prepare the statement: assessment based on external accessibility audits and internal review of the results.
