Hello, I'm Iván, I've been an Iberia crew member in the cabin for more than two years and today we're going to Doha, one of the most modern cities in the world. Well, we're already at the hotel, it's time to rest so that tomorrow we can make the most of the day. To start the day with energy, we've come for breakfast at one of my favourite cafés in Doha. It's in Msheireb Downtown, one of the first smart districts in the world. And now we're heading to the Souq Waqif market area for a stroll and some shopping. This is the most traditional market in all of Doha. Here you can find all kinds of local crafts, such as ceramics, handmade textiles, rugs and many more things. And a fun fact: in Doha, in some streets, air conditioning is installed in the ground. But the day doesn't end here, because now we're heading off on an adventure. Khor Al Adaid, which is the desert closest to Doha, is only 45 minutes from the city. I love coming here; this is one of the best sunsets I've ever seen in my life. And with these views, we're heading back to the city to rest, because tomorrow we still have a lot to do. Good morning. Today we've taken a bicycle to explore the Corniche waterfront promenade. I also wanted to show you The Pearl, which is a luxury artificial island. Its name comes from the fact that fishermen used to collect pearls here. Also known as the Venice of Qatar. What do you think about taking a boat trip? We are at the amphitheatre in Katara Cultural Village, where you can enjoy music and theatre performances. In addition, you can also visit one of its mosques or stroll through its art galleries. And we couldn't leave Doha without coming to one of my favourite restaurants to try authentic Qatari cuisine, such as Hashi and Machboos.
