    How can I earn Avios?

    Step 1

    Enter your Iberia Club card number when you book your flight or when you check in.

    Step 2

    Flown with Alaska in the last 6 months and the Avios are not yet in your account? You have up to six months from the date of your flight to claim them by clicking here.

    COLLECT AVIOS AND ELITE POINTS

    For each flight you take with an Alaska Airlines (AS) code, you can collect:

    • Avios, the currency you accumulate in your balance to redeem for flights, accommodation, car hire, leisure experiences, and more.

    • Elite Points which you use to move up or maintain your level in Iberia Club. They also grant access to Elite Rewards, exclusive gifts that you obtain along the way to a new level.

     

    COLLECT AVIOS

    Collect Avios on direct flights with an Alaska Airlines (AS) code is based to the actual distance flown in miles and the flight class (Cabin), per flight.

    Collect Elite Points on direct flights with an Alaska Airlines (AS) code is based to the actual distance flown in miles and the flight class (Cabin), per flight.

    NOTES FOR AVIOS AND ELITE POINTS:

    • Alaska Airlines refers to its Business cabin as "First Class," but the Avios and Elite Points collected when traveling in the "First Class" cabin of Alaska Airlines will be equivalent to those of the Business class.

    • Flights with a Alaska Airlines (AS) code operated by a company not associated with Iberia do not qualify for the accrual of Avios and Elite Points.​

    • ​Iberia reserves the right to modify these charts.​

    • ​Iberia reserves the right to exclude fares from the collecting of Avios and Elite Points.​

      There will be an additional charge per ticket when the booking is made through its Contact Center (except for Platinum clients, who are exempt).
