How does it work?

Step 1

Start your booking

Find a flight and select the dates and fare that best suits your needs.

Step 2

Select the pre-booking

When filling in the passenger details, you will see the option to pre-book. This allows you to lock in the price for the indicated amount of time.

Step 3

Finish your purchase

If you have decided to go ahead with your booking, log in to Booking management and complete your purchase within the established deadline.

Step 4

Changed your mind?

Not to worry. If after the time we have indicated we will hold your pre-booking, you do have not bought the ticket, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

 

Reminder email

Twelve hours before the end of the pre-booking deadline, you will receive an email for you to complete your purchase. If you are no longer interested, your pre-booking will be automatically cancelled once the deadline has elapsed.

 

Terms and conditions

  • The pre-booking service is available for Iberia flights (operated by Iberia, Iberia Express or Air Nostrum) and codeshare flights with British Airways, or when the booking includes flights by both airlines.

  • This service is not yet available in all countries.

  • Remember, you must book at least 5 days before the departure of the first flight.

  • In some countries the purchase terms and conditions do not permit the automatic issue of tickets. In these cases, you will be given instructions on how to proceed during the purchase process.
