Go to Manage your booking on the Iberia website.
Select "Complete your trip" and then the relevant activity service.
Click on the provider's "Privacy policy" to find their email address and process the invoice directly with them.
If you need an invoice for other services (flights, luggage, etc.), you can process it through Request invoice if you made the purchase in Spain, or contact the Iberia Customer Service Centres.
Changes to bookings of activities already carried out are not allowed.
If you need to change the name of the holder of the tickets for an activity, you will need to contact the organiser directly. Make sure that whoever collects the tickets has the original confirmation email and a valid form of identification.
Free cancellation is possible with most of our providers if you do it well in advance. If this is the case, cancel your current booking and make another one with the new details. To manage this, go to Manage your booking on iberia.com and select "Activities", using your booking code. This will take you to the page where you can cancel your current booking and make a new one. Bear in mind that the price of the new service may be different from the original price, depending on availability and dates.
If the organiser postpones or cancels the activity, you will be offered a refund or a new date. If you don't take the flight, you can cancel the activity according to the provider's policy and get a refund if applicable.
For any questions about an activity booked with Iberia, you must contact the organiser directly:
Their contact details will appear on the tickets you receive after confirming the booking. In the case of transfers, you'll also find them in the confirmation email.
All practical information (address, car park, meeting point, pets, meals, etc.) depends on the provider.
Activities are usually shared. If they are private, this will be indicated during the booking process.
The activity description will indicate the available rates and the maximum number of participants.
Iberia activities are usually available in different languages, which you'll see in the activity description before completing the booking.
If you leave something behind during an activity booked with Iberia, contact the organiser directly. You'll find the organiser's contact details on your tickets.
Activities and transfers booked through Iberia are managed by external providers. Iberia facilitates access to the catalogue of services, the booking and, in some cases, the cancellation, but the service and its provision depend on the organiser of the activity.
If you experience any difficulty or inconvenience with the service you have booked, go to Manage your booking and then select "Activities" to see if you can resolve the matter directly.
If you can't resolve it, you will have to contact Globick, which is responsible for managing incidents related to activities and transfers. Globick is a third-party company specialising in destination experiences and mobility services. It acts as an operational intermediary between Iberia, local providers and customers who book these services.
Contact the Iberia Customer Service Centre directly for any other service or process related to flights, baggage, refunds, Iberia Club or anything else.
