Collect Extra Avios with your travel package

1. The following terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") apply exclusively to the 3x Extra Avios Iberia Club promotion (the "Promotion") during the Promotional Period, unless otherwise specified in the Promotion communication.

2. This Promotion is offered jointly by: (1) British Airways Holidays Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 00554278) with its registered office at Waterside, Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB ("BA Holidays"); and (2) Iberia LAE SA Operadora, Sociedad Unipersonal ("Iberia") (Unique Company Registry Identifier 1000284637051), a company incorporated in Spain with registered office at C/ Martínez Villergas 49, 28027 Madrid.

3. To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must: (a) be 18 years of age or older; (b) be members of Iberia Club with a registered address in Spain; and (c) accept the Iberia Club Terms and Conditions. 4. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Participants must confirm and accept these T&Cs as well as the Terms and Conditions of Avios Group (AGL) Limited ("AGL"). The full Terms and Conditions of AGL are available at https://www.avios.com/es-ES/terms-and-conditions

5. In order to verify eligibility for the Promotion, we reserve the right to ask Eligible Participants for proof of age and identity.

6. The Promotion offers Eligible Participants the chance to collect two (2) Extra Avios for every €1 spent on bookings of eligible holiday packages made directly on www.iberia.com between 13:00 CET on 20 April 2026 and 23:59 CET on 30 April 2026, to travel until 31 December 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Outside of this Promotional Period, Eligible Participants will collect the standard one (1) Avios for every €1 spent on bookings of holiday packages made directly on www.iberia.com.

7. Avios will not be earned on taxes, fees or charges payable directly on the accommodation.

8. An eligible holiday package booking includes a combined flight with a hotel and/or rental car.

9. Retrospective or earlier-dated claims will not earn Avios for these bookings. For greater clarification, retrospective Avios requested for bookings made directly on www.iberia.com prior to the introduction of this Promotion will not be awarded. Iberia's General Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Purchase, as well as the Conditions of Carriage of the respective airline, apply.

10. This Promotion is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer related to BAH or any other Iberia offer or promotion.

11. In order to benefit from the Promotion, Eligible Participants must enter their Iberia Club number at the time of booking. If it is not possible to add the number during the booking process, Eligible Participants may contact BAH customer service on +34 911 776310 to add their number to the holiday package booking.

12. For each eligible holiday package booking, the flight must depart from Spain and the primary passenger must have a registered Iberia Club account with a Spain address.

13. Only one (1) Iberia Club account will receive Avios for each booking. The name of the primary passenger must match the name registered with the Iberia Club account.

14. The Avios earned in relation to an eligible booking will be credited to the Iberia Club account of the primary passenger upon completion of travel. Standard Avios will be credited within six (6) weeks of completion of travel; the additional Avios earned under this Promotion will be credited within eight (8) weeks of completion of travel. More details about collecting Avios will appear in the pop-up message displayed during the booking process upon selection of offers marked as "Collects Extra Avios".

15. Avios will not be awarded for cancelled holiday packages, unused flights or partially flown return routes.

16. If the Avis/Budget car rental is booking as part of the holiday package, the Avios corresponding to the rental will be awarded in accordance with the Avis Budget Group General and Location-Specific Terms and Conditions. (a) The Avis General and Location-Specific Terms and Conditions are available at https://www.avis.co.uk/TermsAndConditions, upon selection of the relevant rental country. (b) The Budget General and Location-Specific Terms and Conditions are available at https://www.budget.co.uk/TermsAndConditions, upon selection of the relevant rental country.

17. Eligible Participants who change their travel plans after the Promotional Period will not be entitled to the Extra Avios awarded with this Promotion.

18. Iberia is not responsible for Avios not received due to technical problems or other circumstances beyond its control.

19. BAH and Iberia reserve the right to cancel the participation of an Eligible Participant in this Promotion if they consider that the Participant is in breach of these T&Cs or if their use is unauthorised, fraudulent or illegal.

20. Iberia reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at any time at its discretion or to amend the T&Cs without notice in the event of force majeure, war, strike, civil or military unrest, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of applicable laws or regulations or any other similar event beyond the reasonable control of Iberia.

21. The Avios are issued by Avios Group (AGL) Limited and are subject to acceptance of and compliance with the Avios Terms and Conditions available at https://www.avios.com/es-ES/terms-and-conditions.

22. The personal data of Eligible Participants will be processed where necessary by BAH, Iberia Club and AGL or their agents or subcontractors for the purpose of administering this Offer, as set out in the BAH Privacy Policy and the Iberia Privacy Policy in relation to Iberia Club data.

23. Iberia reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these T&Cs without notice at any time and for any reason, without any liability to customers.

24. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, or part thereof, of these T&Cs will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions. In the event that any provision, or part thereof, is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in force and will be construed as if the invalid or illegal provision were not included. The omission by Iberia to apply any term will not constitute a waiver of that term or any other term.

25. To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Iberia, BAH or AGL (or their agents, affiliates or distributors) be liable to compensate an Eligible Entrant or accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Promotion, regardless of whether such liability is based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise and regardless of whether the Promoter (or its affiliates) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your statutory rights are not affected.

26. The promotional materials form part of these T&Cs. In the event of a conflict, these T&Cs will prevail over the promotional materials.

28. This Promotion will be governed by Spanish law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

29. Any typographical, clerical or other errors or omissions in the administration of the Offer may be corrected without liability on the part of Iberia, British Airways Holidays Limited or Avios Group (AGL) Limited.

30. The joint decision of Iberia, British Airways Holidays Limited and Avios Group (AGL) Limited in respect of any aspect of the Promotion will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into with Eligible Participants (or their representatives) in respect of the Promotion
